Bars have storage space for ice, bottles/cans, other supplies. Easy set up, and very portable (on wheels).
Tents of many shapes and sizes available. Contact us with your expected number of guests and we can advise you as to which tent is most appropriate for your event. Be sure to book in advance as our tents are rented often to protect guests from the glorious havasu sun!
It is HOT! We have large 48" Port A Cool Evaporative ("Swamp") Coolers available for rent! Minimum 24 hr rental. Cools up to 4,000 square feet almost instantly! Call to inquire.
We will dress up your tables to create a WOW factor for all your guests! Linens available in different materials and every color imaginable to make your event unique and memorable for everyone. One of our newest additions is our luxury portable bathrooms. They come in two stall or ten stall sizes, with A/C and Bluetooth stereo system. Comes clean and stocked with paper. It is a great addition to outdoor parties, back yard weddings, or any event!
