We will be doing all the planning however, we still require information from you such as guest names/ contact details, and your desired themes etc. Our team will send you a checklist of things to complete so that we can do the rest!  

Don’t worry about your invites being sent out on time or reminding your guests that your party is coming up! We will e-mail, and iMessage the invitations to your invites. We will send reminders approaching the date and manage all RSVP’s and apologies. 

 Your party planner will discuss your party budget with you and recommend to you the best options to bring your party to life while fitting within your budget. Your party planner will tell you if your budget is realistic for your requirements.

 Your party to-do list is everything you'll need to think about from start to finish but the great thing about this is that your party planner will manage this for you in a scheduled format and keep you prompted on anything you may have forgotten. 

 We will put together a layout of the venue being used to direct and display the decorations. As well as the guest seating arrangements and more. Our goal is to make your vision into a reality that will be a memorable lifetime experience! 

 Your party planner at AZ PARTY EXPRESS will provide details of different options of venues that suit your requirements and budget for your party. If you already have a venue in mind, then that’s great! We can get in contact with your desired venue and get the ball rolling. 

Your party planner will do that for you from beginning to end to alleviate that stress. We want to keep everything as simple as possible for you.

Tell us what food you’d like at your party, and we will find different catering options that best suit your requirements for you to choose from. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for deposits and final payments through outside vendors.

when it comes time for our favorite part, the design process, we will create custom mood/inspiration boards based on our collaborations. Once narrowed down and approved by you, we will present you with a detailed proposal outlining every single design element so you can better visualize your big day. From the flowers to the lighting, and even down to the napkin folds, no stone will be left unturned.  

The day of your wedding, the wedding planner will be coordinating and helping during the set-up to ensure everything runs smoothly and will leave when the wedding starts. If you'd like to have a wedding Coordinator onsite during the event, as well-run errands; so that you don't need to worry about a thing all night! It would be an additional ($450) for 5hours.
